Another angle of the Streak-backed Oriole, or maybe "Flame-breasted" would work too!

Streak-backed Oriole at Washingon Ranch, NM 3-16-14

Here he sits in a cottonwood that is just starting to but out. If he does stick around it will become increasingly difficult to locate him in the foliage. He often sits still for long periods of time so if he is obscured it makes finding him most challenging.

Streak-backed males have a weak song, but certainly make up for it in brilliant plumage!
